DEPUTY MUNICIPAL CLERK - Performs general secretarial work of considerable difficulty and involving some independent judgement.  Possesses all the powers and authority of the Township Clerk in the Clerk's absence pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:98-135, including attendance at all meetings of the governing body (including Executive Sessions), and the ability to sign documents for the Municipal Corporation in the Clerk's absence.  Additionally, the Deputy Clerk may be required to handle confidential correspondence on behalf of the governing body.

Must possess RMC License.

 

Salary Range $50,000 - $75,000
