The Municipal Clerks’ Association of New Jersey will hold its Annual Education Conference at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City. We invite you to join us as an exhibitor on April 24, 2024.

Exhibitors are welcome to attend all education sessions and can gain entry with their Exhibitor’s Badge; however, if you want to obtain CEU’s you will need to register for the conference and obtain a barcoded Badge. 

Two (2) Exhibitor Representatives are covered by the registration fee, the cost for each additional representative you wish to attend over the original two (2) will be $175 per person. Exhibitor Representatives are invited to attend the Presidents Reception on Tuesday evening; and breakfast, lunch, and the Exhibitor Reception on Wednesday. Names and Titles of additional representatives should be e-mailed to Debra Sopronyi so they can be added to your registration.

Exhibitors can set up on Tuesday, April 23rd between 12:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. and breakdown on Wednesday, April 24th at 6:00 p.m (following the Exhibitor Reception). Meals will be served (and other events held) in the same room where Exhibitors are located to maximize exposure. Security will be provided when the room is not open. The conference schedule will include dedicated time for participants to visit the exhibits and collect their logos for the Scavenger Hunt.

The title for this year’s conference is “Camp MCANJ est. 1922, The Adventure to Life is to Learn”; a Camping/Outdoor theme, and you’re invited to participate in a theme-based contest with a prize for the best dressed/decorated booth! The best theme-based Exhibitor booth, as voted by the Municipal Clerks, will be awarded free advertising in the Quill (MCANJ’s newsletter) for two quarters; an $800.00 value!

We are asking each exhibitor to provide a door prize to be awarded to an attendee who submits their Scavenger Hunt card filled with the logo of each Exhibitor. (We put this procedure in place to help steer conference attendees to Exhibitor booths; this replaces the previously used Bingo Card.)
