From Hard Rock Hotel's Customer Care for groups submitting a Purchase Order:

Once finance (at Hard Rock) receives the PO, it will be noted and a refund will be issued at the conclusion of the attendee’s stay for the deposit (taxes also will be adjusted).

Note:  The credit card that is provided when booking the reservation will be charged by Front Desk at check-out unless a different card is presented at check-in for incidentals.

Guest should provide a credit card at check-in.  If the PO states it will cover incidentals and/or Hard Rock has applied payments that cover incidentals, the credit card will not be charged.  Usually, the municipalities do not cover incidental.

If a credit remains on the attendee’s room at the time of check-out as a result of applying a check payment; Finance will submit a check request to refund the municipality.

If you are paying by purchase order, you will not pay taxes, but you must pay additional fees, which are as follows: 

Room rate $99/night

Resort fee $15/night

Atlantic City Occupancy Fee  $2/night

NJ Fee $3/night

TOTAL TO PAY BY PURCHASE ORDER:  $119/night
