Job Title: Assistant to Municipal Clerk’s Office
The Borough of Teterboro is currently seeking to hire a Part-Time (22 hours per week) assistant to the Municipal Clerk’s office.
Responsibilities include assisting in the response to OPRA requests, records management, preparation of meetings and minutes, elections and additional Clerk Department duties and responsibilities. Candidates should possess excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, organizational, office management skills.
Interested applicants must have at least 3 years office experience, proficiency in computer tech including Word and Excel, exceptional customer service skills and a high level of attention to detail. Ability to work independently. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in local government administration.
