Title: Mendham Township - Morris County


TOWNSHIP CLERK – MENDHAM TOWNSHIP – is seeking a full-time Registered Municipal Clerk with at least three or more years of experience in the municipal clerk's office and experience in administrative duties a plus. The Clerk is responsible for the following: Township Committee agendas, minutes, OPRA, elections, preparation and maintenance of official municipal records, coordination of and attendance at all Committee meetings, and all other statutory duties of the municipal clerk pursuant to NJSA 40A:9-133. Strong multi-tasking skills, detail-oriented, demonstrated computer skills and ability to work as a team player is essential. Must be extremely well organized with independent judgment in order to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload. RMC or willingness to complete RMC certification courses required.
