Title: City of Trenton - Mercer County


The City of Trenton seeks a full time Deputy Clerk in a busy, fast paced City Clerk’s Office. Candidates must have excellent communication and customer service skills, be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in a busy work environment. Performs the accurate processing of documents in a variety of functions including but not limited to: Error free processing of documents, docket and agenda management, electronic records management, parliamentary procedure, proof reading, financial reports, Open Public Records Requests management, various licensing, voter registration, and election protocol, all under the supervision of the City Clerk. Salary range of $45,000-$100,000. RMC certification is desired, but not required. Ideal candidate should have some experience in municipal clerk’s office operations.
