Title: Ocean (Waretown) - Ocean County


Administrative Assistant – Full-Time – Ocean, (Waretown) Ocean County,

Qualified Candidate must be able to multi-task, detail oriented, well organized, and have strong communication skills, able to follow up on tasks without direction, and the ability to interact with the public while working in a fast-paced environment. The position has multiple responsibilities that include assisting Business Administrator/Municipal Clerk and various departments in their daily activities including receptionist duties. The individual would need to be flexible and understand confidentiality. Requires familiarity with office systems and computer skills, Microsoft Word and Excel. Experience in municipal government, knowledge of local and state regulations, procedures, maintenance of public records and Edmunds is a plus. Must have a valid driver’s license and background check is required.

Starting Salary: $30,000 experience can be considered and salary requirement can be listed in application.
