Title: Rocky Hill Borough - Somerset County

Hours: Part Time

BOROUGH OF ROCKY HILL, Somerset County – 670 pop., .6 sq. miles The Borough is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Registered Municipal Clerk, Part Time. Excellent organizational and communication skills are required in order to perform all of the Registered Municipal Clerk statutory duties, including but not limited to, maintaining public records, public record requests, preparation of agendas, acting as secretary to the governing body, serve as chief registrar of voters and administrative officer for local elections, and all of the required responsibilities as they pertain to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-133.1. Candidate must attend Borough Council meetings and have regular office hours. Successful candidates will be able to work with elected officials, Deputy Clerk and other professionals professionally and confidentially. Experience with MS Office is required, familiarity with Google Office and iqm2 agenda software a plus. The candidate must be willing to obtain their RMC/CMR if not already licensed.
