Title: Piscataway Township - Middlesex County


PISCATAWAY TOWNSHIP, MIDDLESEX COUNTY - Seeking a full time Deputy Municipal Clerk to assist the Municipal Clerk in day-to-day operations in the office. Experience in a Municipal Clerk’s Office a plus and a minimum of three (3) years of government office experience preferred. Preferred candidates should possess their Registered Municipal Clerk (RMC) and Certified Municipal Registrar (CMR) certifications or willing to obtain. Qualified candidates must have excellent communication, organizational and computer skills. Duties include processing vital statistics, assisting with council meetings, the issuing of licenses and permits, assisting with elections, records management and OPRA, customer service and all other functions as deemed necessary. The Deputy Township Clerk must be able to carry out the duties of the Township Clerk in his or her absence. Email cover letter, resume and references to Melissa A.
