Title: Old Bridge - Middlesex County


Old Bridge Township is accepting applications for the full-time management position of Deputy Township Clerk.  Registered Municipal Clerk Certification (RMC) is required with minimum 3 years of government experience. Qualified candidates must be self-motivated with excellent communication, organizational and computer skills.  Duties include but are not limited to agenda and minutes preparation, election responsibilities, OPRA requests, maintaining information on the Township's website, and attendance at Council meetings.  This position may carry out the duties of the Municipal Clerk in their absence. Candidate must be customer service oriented and able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, officials, and the public and have excellent organization skills and ability to multitask efficiently. Experience with Artemis, MACS, and POSSE preferred. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred) is required. Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
