Deputy Clerk

Job Description: The Township is currently seeking a full time Deputy Clerk within the Office of the Municipal Clerk. The individual must be able to plan, organize, manage, and coordinate the various activities of the office in accordance with state and local laws, rules, regulations, and policies.  Registrar and Registered Municipal Clerk certificate desired but not required. The applicant must have a high school diploma (or equivalent), as well as the ability to read, write, speak, understand, and communicate in English. Must be competent in Microsoft application (Word, Excel, Outlook), have verbal and written communication skills and be a problem solver.  Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving history.  The current salary range for this position is based upon experience.
