Deputy Municipal Clerk

 

Oldmans Township, Salem County is seeking a part-time Deputy Municipal Clerk/Deputy Registrar of Vital Statistics, as well as NJ licensed Technical Assistant for the Construction Dept.  If not certified as Certified Municipal Registrar or Technical Assistant for the Construction Dept, must be willing to become certified within time permitted by law and at the direction of the Township Committee.  Responsibilities include providing support and perform duties assigned by the Municipal Clerk, issuing vital statistics records and processing construction permits.  The candidate should be organized, computer proficient, able to manage multiple tasks and customer service oriented .  This is a part-time position with no benefits but accrual of sick and vacation time.  Position will be available January 1, 2026.  Hourly wage rate will be commensurate with experience.  Please email resume to Clerk@oldmanstownship.com by November 30, 2025.
