Title: Township of Medford - Burlington County
The Township of Medford is seeking a temporary Administrative Assistant I to help out for a period of time in the Township Municipal Clerks’ Office. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Municipal Clerk’s office and a clear understanding of its responsibilities. These include processing OPRA (Open Public Records Act) requests, providing public service, collecting miscellaneous fees, performing general office functions, and carrying out additional duties as required. Applicants must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, interpersonal and organizational skills. A willingness to learn and take initiative, ability to multitask and a commitment to professionalism and confidentiality. Preferred prior experience in local government.
