DEPUTY MUNICIPAL CLERK/UTILITY RENT COLLECTOR: ALLENTOWN, NJ (MONMOUTH COUNTY) is looking for a full-time candidate with experience working in a Municipal Clerk’s Office. RMC courses are a plus. Applicants must be proficient in responding to OPRA requests, processing various licenses, cover Council meetings in the Municipal Clerk’s absence, obtain quotes, schedule services, execute purchase orders, bill water and sewer utilities, handle payments, order supplies, and perform general office duties. Must be extremely well organized with independent judgment in order to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload. Needs to have accurate record keeping skills and the ability to provide stellar customer service to the public. Proficiency in computer skills/software required. Salary range is $35,000- $40,000 DOQ.
