Title: Township of Millburn - Essex County


ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT TO CLERKS OFFICE –  PT (25 hours per week) - MILLBURN TOWNSHIP, Essex County is seeking a candidate to fill a position with multiple responsibilities in the Municipal Clerks Office. The preferred candidate should be an energetic self starter and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Prior experience working in municipal government is a plus. Assist Municipal Clerk’s Office in daily operations including but are not limited to, records management, filing, OPRA and special projects. Must be extremely well organized with independent judgment in order to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload. Growth and education opportunities available for the right candidate.
