Title: Township of Livingston - Essex County


Township of Livingston - Essex County

Under the direction of the Municipal Clerk, this position will provide a variety of complex secretarial/clerical administrative assistance to the Municipal Clerk and is responsible for the preparation and maintenance of official municipal records. Candidates must be detailed oriented, comfortable working independently and cooperatively with others, and experienced in providing excellent customer service. The position requires strong multi-tasking skills, demonstrated computer skills, and ability to supervise staff and foster department relationships. A thorough knowledge of the functions and organization of municipal government is required. RMC Certification is preferred and required within one year of hire.

Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.
